Looking Back: #7- Dyce

Dyce is my boy. We've been causing trouble in the streets since freshman year, of high school. I see big things in the future for this guy. We will conquer the world, so watch out!

Looking Back #6: Keli, Dan, + Tatum

It's truly amazing watching your friend produce a little baby, and just how fast that baby turns into a little girl. Keli and I had worked together for a while when she had found out little Tatum was on the way. What better than a photo shoot. Keli was one of the 1st maternity sessions I had ever done, and I thank her for being the kind of girl to be so brave as to show that much of herself on camera.
I was also so lucky to get to be one of the 1st people to meet little Tatum the day she was born, and if you know me at all it's a big deal for me to say.... Tatum was one of the cutest newborns I have ever seen. Period.
Whenever we do get the chance to do photos I always know they will turn out great!
The most recent session at the Tulip Festival we added Dan to the mix. I can see the happiness Dan has brought into Keli's life and I watch him be an amazing influence in to Tatum. I can't wait to see what this life has in store for all of them! Love you guys so much.

Looking Back: #5- Tiffany

I met Tiffany when she started dating my good friend Jeff (we like to call him Jefe).
When Jefe told me he was dating a girl named Tiffany Morse I instantly loved her! Anyone with a SBTB (Saved By The Bell) name was pretty rad in my book.
I'm not sure who's idea it was but we did a session with the 2 of them. I honestly thought Jefe was going to pull out a ring at any moment, that's just how in love they are. I told him at work the next day that I had never seen that type of connection and I knew they were going to get married!
This year Tiffany wanted to do a surprise Valentine's Day shoot for him. Love it!!! Steffy, Tiff, and I worked hard on that shoot and I think we definitely pulled of the look we were going for. Tiff made the sweetest scrap book with the photos for him.
Well now they are engaged and photos of that will be up sometime this month, so look out for them!!!
Love you guys!

Looking Back: #4- Noah+Family

I love watching little babies turn into little people. I so happy Noah's mommy has chosen me to capture him growing up, she has some major creativity going on in her head and I wish I could steal a little of it. She picks the places, outfits, and even makes those cute little hats! Thank you Allison for everything! You are amazing!

Looking Back: #3- Nate+Amber

I could tell from the 1st few moments of chatting with them that we were destined to be together. Not only could you see the love they have for each other, but you can feel it, and that is something magical! I seriously counted down the days till their wedding. Amber would email me little details here and there about the wedding day, and I would respond back probably with a million smiley faces and explanation points!!!! :)

I had good reason to be counting down the days, huh!?
The entire event was so well thought out and put together, she wanted me there all day, with an extra one of my girls to help cover...... it seriously was a photographers dream!

Amazing background for some amazing rings!

Looking Back 2011: #2- Ms.Jade

There is really no specific order for how I'm posting these looking back photos, but there is a reason I made this girl number 2.

Not only has she giving me some amazing shots to take, but she has also been a huge part of my business. Without her loaning me her equipment, or getting me new business, I wouldn't have half the photos I have now.(Side note: I had her whole camera bag/contents when her apartment got broken into, I'd say that's pretty lucky!)
From our random photo adventures, our late night ish-talking sessions, and I always ask her to look at the latest work to give me some criticism (so there's a 95% chance she has seen your session), I honestly cherish it all! I am so proud of her and the person she is.
So, thank you Ms.Jade for being such a huge contributor to J-Me photography, I love you gurl!!!

Looking Back 2011: #1-Joel

For every day of December I will upload a photo(or photos) of reflection not only to look back at 2011, but also to say thank you to the people who make what I do possible!
Thank you all so much!

So to kick it off...
#1 Joel

(San Fran, August 2011)

Not only is he the love of my life, but he has been with me on my photography journey from the very beginning. He works so hard to allow me do the things I need in order to get my business in the place it needs to be. Without him there would be no J-Me Photography.
Every morning I wake up I am so thankful to have him right next to me.
