Wedding season has seemed to consume my everything this year, so the blog updates will probably be minimal these next few months. So here's a little preview ;)

The Jacobson Fam

This family is near and dear to my heart. I was a team Ari fan from the beginning, and lets just say maybe a certain papa bear manager got the name Torr from a cool photographer many years ago.

  Hanging out with Ari I learned a few things, I make noises exactly like a 2 year old when I run/walk and Ari has a fear of worms and getting dirty ( I also had these fears as a child). It is pretty crazy to see this girl grow up, and pretty awesome to watch this family grow. I am so excited to meet that little guy when he gets here! Check here for all the photos.

The Taylor Family

Here is some more proof that Kennydale kids stick together. I probably 1st met miss Tanya on the bus to high school.Then I got to know Travis from the high school wrestling team. Travis was always making jokes about everyone and everything, and it was funny! I had a class with Tanya my Senior year and remember being little hellions with her in that class. She's my type of girl, loud, speakes her mind, and doesn't hold back. I do get the chance to see her every now and then ( You'll see here in Erik+Jessica's Wedding next July!) and love seeing her. When she got in contact with me about some family photos I was so excited! It's not only fun getting to photograph people you know, but when you know they ARE FUN it makes it that much more exciting. I had never met their mom before, and I'm so glad I got to. Melody is such a caring fun-loving person! I hope I get to see them all again soon! To see all the photos, click here.

4 little girls, A Mom, and A Dad

Internet is up and running! It was a sad sad 2 weeks while I sat and waited patiently. So here for your enjoyment is a fun little family shoot I did out in Ferndale.

I love any chance I get to head out to that little town up north. This family has a whole lot going on 24/7 with 3 little girls and a newborn baby! Dad is a volunteer fire fighter so we got a chance to play on some old and new fire trucks, and one spanking new ambulance. I had so much fun with this family and hope I get the chance do work with them again this spring!
